Guide2track has more to bring in than only the Centrack system. We offer engineered solutions to all kinds of tracking related issues. These are mostly tailormade modifications on existing machines or solutions to be included in new machine designs. As far as tracking deficiencies in existing systems are concerned, we can apply a systematic problem solving approach: combined with our many years of practical experience, theoretical understanding and analytic (predictive) tools, we usually can determine the root cause in a fairly short amount of time and propose a solution.

If hardware modification is required, we can take care about required calculation work (e.g. strength, lifetime) and the exact component specification including a set of drawings. We can further support in getting the hardware in house, testing and validation.

If you have tracking issues with your belt and you have not been able to eliminate them, we truly would like to look at your case! We believe these issues can be solved, either by changing traditional tracking strategies, or by implementing the Centrack system. Hearing about "cannot be solved..." maximizes our motivation!
